My name is Lewis, I'm a British photographer based in Akita City, in the Tohoku region of Japan.
I've been living in Japan for around four years, and I'm currently studying my Masters at Akita International University.
I shoot a bit of everything; from street and landscape, candid and portrait and beyond.
My goal is to shine a light on the more mundane, everyday aspects of life in rural Japan and show that there is more to the country than the bustling city life of cities like Tokyo.
I mainly use Fujifilm XT5 for digital and Pentax K1000 for film, although I have other cameras in my collection!
